Not completely satisfied with your new purchase? No worries!
If you have a complaint, we understand that you want to have this resolved as soon as possible. We will come up with a solution as soon as possible.

Explain as clearly as possible the details of the complaint. Add if it’s needed a photo as an attachment. Don’t forget to mention your order number!
- Send your return within 14 calendar days after receiving your package;
- Items shouldn’t have been worn/washed.
- Items must be provided with all labels.
- Because of hygienic reasons, we don’t take make-up, jewelry, lingerie, socks, tights and swimwear as a return.
- We do not take back any products with make-up stains.
- Costs of returns are for the sender.
- Please note: a return label is attached to all clothing, if this has been removed, it will not be possible for us to accept your return.

You can also request a return shipment via your customer account.
If you have placed an order using a guest account, this needs to be changed to a customer account. You will need to register using the same e-mail address to do this.
You will come to a page where all your recent orders are visible. Now you must go click on View next to the items you have ordered which you wish to return.
Now you will find the overview of the relevant order. Here you can click on the 'return items' button at the bottom right to start processing your return.
You will now be redirected to a page where you can adjust the return shipment. The first step is to select which products you wish to return. This is done by selecting the number in the drop-down menu. Products you wish to keep you leave at 0.
The next step is to indicate the reason why the products in question are to be returned.
Now you must click on the bottom right 'Return'
Download and print the adres label.
When returning your item (s) please note your name, address and order number.
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your return-package.
The purchase amount will be transferred within 14 days to your bank account.
RETURNS IN STORE
It’s possible to return your order to our store. The only thing that you need to bring along is your order and order-note. We don’t give your money back in store, we’ll deposit the purchase amount back to your bank account.
