Still not completely satisfied with your new purchase? No worries.
If you have a complaint, we understand that you want to have this resolved as soon as possible. We will come up soon with a solution for you.

Describe as clearly as possible what the complaint is. Add if it’s needed a photo as an attachment. Don’t forget to mention your order number!
- Send your return within 14 calendar days;
- Items shouldn’t have been worn/washed;
- Items must be provided with all labels;
- Because of hygienic reasons, we don’t take make-up, jewelry, lingerie and swimwear as a return;
- We don’t take discounted items
- Costs of the returns are for the sender
We send you an e-mail to confirm that we received your return-package.
The purchase amount will be repaid in 14 days on your bank account.
Return in store
It’s possible to return your order in store. The only thing that you’ve to bring along is your order and order-note. We don’t give your money back in store, we’ll deposit the purchase amount back on your bank account.
